About this position:
A professional couple in Natick is seeking a part-time nanny for their 8-month-old son Monday–Friday 8am–12 pm in January, transitioning to full-time, Monday–Friday, 7/8 AM–5 PM starting February 16th, 2026.
Location: Natick, MA
Start Date: January 5th, 2026
Children: 8 month old boy
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7/8am-5pm
Duties
• Supervise and monitor child's activities to ensure safety at all times
• Prepare bottles & meals
• Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic infant care routines
• Engage in developmentally appropriate play, sensory activities, and early learning exercises
• Maintain a clean, organized environment, including light childcare-related tidying
Compensation & Benefits
• $30+/hour, paid through payroll
• Industry-standard benefits: guaranteed hours, vacation, sick days, holidays off
Requirements
• 5+ years of professional childcare experience
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Up to date on vaccinations
• Reliable vehicle
• Clean background and driving record
• CPR Certified

This warm, professional family is seeking an experienced nanny to care for their sweet 8-month-old son. Both parents work from home a few days per week and value strong communication, patience, and a long-term partnership with their nanny. The home also has a small, friendly dog.
