About this position:
A Sweet Family in Oakhurst is seeking a nanny for their baby girl.
Location: Oakhurst, NJ
Start: January 6th, 2026
Children: 3 month old girl
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 8am-4pm; 32 hours guaranteed
Responsibilities:
All childcare duties related to the baby
Engage in age-appropriate milestone play and activities
Bottle prep
Tidying baby’s spaces, bottles, and belongings
Provide a brief daily summary for the parents
Compensation & Benefits:
$25-35/hour through payroll (W2).
Industry-standard benefits: guaranteed hours, vacation, sick days, holidays off
Requirements:
5+ years of professional infant experience
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Up to date on vaccinations
Reliable vehicle
Clean background and driving record
CPR Certified
About The Family:
This is a kind, first-time parent household seeking a warm, experienced nanny to care for their daughter, who will be about 4 months old at the start. Mom works from home. The family has one small dog in the home (no pet care required). They also follow a no screen-time rule for their baby.
