About this position:
Part-Time Nanny – Oradell, NJ
Start Date: Late March / Early April
Child: 2-year-old boy
The family’s current nanny had a family emergency and needs to step away, so they are looking for a reliable, long-term nanny.
Schedule:
2 days/week, 8 AM – 5 PM
Preferred: Tuesday & Thursday
Alternative: Tuesday & Wednesday
Occasional weekend date nights
Responsibilities:
All care related to the child: preparing lunch, washing bottles, child’s laundry, light tidying of play/eating areas
Engage in active play, outdoor walks, and reading
Support the family’s baby-led weaning approach
Help maintain a home environment with limited screen time
About the Family:
Energetic, curious 2-year-old who loves being outdoors
Both parents work from home
1 shy but friendly dog in the home
Their Ideal Nanny:
Experience with toddlers and preschoolers
Teaching background is a plus
CPR certified and current on vaccinations
Compensation:
$30–$35/hour (paid in cash)
